"Both musically and lyrically Burness has something to tell us. It is a story about the feelings many people have: who am I and where do fit in? How does politics affect my life? Can we be spiritual people? All these questions are dealt with in a very pleasant musical way... The songs fit the label 'progressive', but also if you want some relaxed background music, this album is very suitable. I think many will be surprised in hearing what a nice album this is!"

“Here come the great Collapse”... the epic track ( 7:15 min.) on this album and also (to my trained ears) the most interesting tune on this fare. Let me use the term:
“Less is more” as this great song has some mesmerizing slow and low key themes and sequences. A hypnotic track that actually stayed with me long after I heard it. Great stuff!!... I think that Tim and the guys have surpassed themselves and their former outing on this album."(PROGPLANET)
"Melodic prog, Porcupine Tree flavours, Pink Floyd textures, ambient hints of Gong... worth it for the early Marillion/Twelfth Night moments though and you followers of Pendragon, recent Marillion, Porcupine Tree and such will find this worth investigating.” (ORGAN MAGAZINE)

" 'Finding New Ways To Love' is a very varied album and Tim Burness has his own style... catchy tunes complemented by interesting and very well performed music... an album I would not hesitate to recommend to fans of Steve Hackett, Peter Gabriel and of good intelligent rock music in general." (PROGGNOSIS)
"Full of delightful Hacketty moments, almost with a 'Voyage Of The Acolyte' feel reflecting Tim's interest in astrology perhaps. The pop and pop/prog styles are at the quality end of the market, coming closest perhaps to Howard Jones but also touch on Thomas Dolby and Peter Gabriel and Crowded House... the 40 minutes is put to good use, with no filler and no weak points whatsoever." (HAIRLESS HEART HERALD)
"Finding New Ways To Love is certainly an album I will return to over the coming weeks and months as it has an engaging quality that is somewhat hard to define" (DPRP)
